The application was developed using IBM Bob, an AI-powered IDE that accelerates full-stack development through intelligent code generation and assistance.
What is this?
This is a personal side project. I built it to get hands-on experience with generative AI and fine-tuning large language models, using the 2026 FIFA World Cup as a real-world dataset. The site covers schedules, group standings, bracket progression and match predictions, with AI models generating the probability estimates for every game.
Everything you see here — predictions, win probabilities, tournament projections — was produced by an AI. Not by a human analyst, not by a sports expert. Just a model I am training and testing.

Every prediction and projection on this site comes from an AI model. AI gets things wrong. It can sound confident while being completely off, and the numbers here are no exception. Please do not treat anything on this site as reliable analysis or forecasting.

This site is not a betting tip service and has nothing to do with gambling. I do not endorse or encourage wagering of any kind. These are AI outputs from a model that is still learning, not picks from someone with a track record. Please do not use anything here to inform a bet.
Why I built it
I wanted a real problem to work on while sharpening my AI skills. The World Cup is a good fit because the data is structured, the outcomes are measurable, and there is a clear end date. It gives me something concrete to iterate on across a few areas:
- Generative AI prompt engineering and evaluation
- Fine-tuning LLMs on domain-specific data
- Building full-stack apps around AI models
- Working with live structured sports data
- Practising spec-driven development on AI-powered IDEs
If the predictions turn out to be interesting or surprisingly accurate, great. If not, that is also useful to know.
